Individualized ABA Therapy for Children and Young People

Different ages bring different priorities

Guardians Therapy Services supports children and young people from birth through age 21. A young child may be working on early communication, play, or daily routines, while an older child or young adult may need support with independence, self-advocacy, transitions, or participation at school and in the community.

Assessment guides the plan

ABA is not a single program used in the same way for every person. Observation, available records, family concerns, strengths, and developmental needs help the clinical team identify meaningful and measurable goals.

Family priorities matter

Parents and caregivers know which routines create the greatest opportunities and challenges. Ongoing collaboration helps ensure that goals remain relevant and that strategies can be understood and practiced outside scheduled sessions.

Goals should evolve

As skills develop and family circumstances change, the treatment plan should be reviewed. Some goals may be achieved, new priorities may emerge, and teaching strategies may need to be adjusted.
